Tenancy Manager

Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 per month

Our client is a well-established property management firm seeking an energetic and organized Tenancy Manager to join their team remotely from South Africa. This role is responsible for taking full ownership of a portfolio of around 200 properties, managing the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

What you will do:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties from move-in through to check-out.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlord and tenant queries, building strong, personable relationships.

- Oversee property maintenance issues, coordinating repairs efficiently from initial report to resolution.

- Monitor rent accounts, handle arrears management, and maintain compliant tenancy records.

- Ensure all property documentation, legal requirements, and safety standards remain up to date.

- Keep central systems updated with accurate notes, reporting, and tenancy paperwork.

What we are looking for:

- Direct experience managing a dedicated residential property portfolio end-to-end.

- An energetic, personable, and articulate communication style.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle difficult conversations with confidence.

- High self-motivation and accountability while working remotely.

Nice to have:

- Experience using MRI property software.

- Familiarity with Fixflo for maintenance handling.

- Knowledge of UK residential lettings processes and compliance.
