Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 per month

Our client is a specialist UK-based recruitment consultancy operating across the global digital infrastructure, data centre, and artificial intelligence sectors. As part of a new South African delivery team dedicated to supporting their UK operations, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join them on a full-time, remote basis.

What you will do

- Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates across international digital infrastructure, data centre, and AI markets.

- Conduct initial screening calls and detailed candidate interviews to evaluate technical fit and motivations.

- Build and present high-quality candidate shortlists to the UK recruitment team.

- Maintain consistent candidate engagement and manage relationships throughout the delivery process.

- Work closely with UK-based consultants, focusing entirely on candidate delivery without any client business development responsibilities.

What we are looking for

- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment resourcing or candidate delivery.

- Strong expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for engaging with international candidates and UK team members.

- Self-motivated individual comfortable working fully remotely while meeting team delivery targets.

- Ability to participate in a selection process that includes structured interviews and practical trial tasks.

Nice to have

- Prior experience sourcing within technology, digital infrastructure, data centres, or AI sectors.

- Experience supporting UK or overseas recruitment markets from South Africa.

What is on offer

- R25 000 - R30 000 per month.
