Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Recruiter

Our client is an established recruitment consultancy looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Recruiter to join their team. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in South Africa, focused on candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline management.

What you will do

- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and database searches.

- Conduct initial candidate screenings and preliminary telephone interviews.

- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

- Draft and publish clear, accurate job advertisements across relevant platforms.

- Build and maintain structured talent pools for ongoing client vacancies.

- Work closely with senior recruitment consultants to understand job specifications and delivery priorities.

What we are looking for

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Manager, or 180 Recruiter.

- Strong candidate sourcing skills and proficiency in using boolean search strings.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancy searches simultaneously.

- Self-discipline and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to have

- Prior experience using Workable or similar recruitment CRM platforms.

- Sourcing experience within specialist sectors such as IT, finance, or corporate services.

- Previous remote work experience within South Africa.

What is on offer

- Salary: R18 000 - R25 000 per month, depending on experience.

- Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, standard South African business hours).
